The gluten made her do it: How going gluten free saved my daughter’s mental health (Article)

The Paleo Parents posted this article a few weeks ago and while I felt the title was a bit misleading at first, I came to really appreciate this article.

Even if you’re skeptical about the whole gluten-free movement, give this article a read. If you know someone who is skeptical, it may be anecdotal, but it is still worth a read.

If you don’t think you have a problem with gluten or you don’t think gluten is causing any of your health problems, then you have nothing to lose by eating gluten free for a month. See how it makes you feel. If you don’t feel any different, then go back to the way you were eating. If you cheat and eat some gluten and then claim it didn’t help, well, then you’re lying to yourself. You can’t cheat.

And no, it isn’t easy.
