Or how I like to read the title of this article “7 Ways Eating Gluten Makes You Sick and Tired of Being Fat!” Although, that isn’t really the case here.
I am trying to find gluten-free and/or paleo articles for people who fight and fight against the idea of giving up breads, pasta, and carbs. I don’t want to force the issue down anyone’s throat, but it is so frustrating to hear others criticize how our family decides to eat and then say “I don’t eat that many carbs!”
I really let the argument drop there because I know if I ask, “So you’ve been tracking everything you eat, the number of servings, and the nutritional information for those servings?” I don’t know how else you could honestly make that claim otherwise. But considering I struggle with maintaining my own food journal and nutritional information (one of my current goals), I can’t honestly say how many carbohydrates I consume daily either! But I know I eat a lot less carbohydrates than when I ate gluten foods.
Anyway, if anyone knows of a good article addressing this, please, let me know!
